Living on Campus

image1.fit.900x500If you are interested in living on campus this summer, it is best to submit your housing application by the priority deadline of March 25. If you indicated an interest in housing in your Summer in NYC application, housing application information will be emailed to you. If you did not receive a housing email or you did not indicate an interest in housing in your admission application and now wish to live on campus, please contact us and we can assist you further.

Summer Housing is available on a weekly basis from Monday, May 22-Saturday, August 13. Only students taking Summer Session II courses will be able to remain in housing through August 13. Exact dates are listed online. Students applying for summer housing must submit a $500.00 reservation payment with their application.

NYU residence halls are located in some of the most vibrant neighborhoods of New York City including Greenwich Village, SoHo, and Union Square. NYU Housing provides a safe, comfortable, and convenient place to call home while you’re in New York. All of our residence halls are conveniently located near public transportation, allowing you access to all that New York City offers.

Off Campus Living:
Many students live off-campus!  New York City has many affordable and interesting neighborhoods you can call your own. Looking for an apartment in New York, however, can be very overwhelming. If you are planning to live off-campus during the summer, don’t hesitate to contact Off-Campus Housing Services!

They have many resources – including Apartment Search Links and a Roommate Registry – and tips about finding the perfect place and people to live with!
