Free Yoga at NYU


Are you feeling a little overwhelmed by classes?  The constant honking of car horns and screeching tires getting on your nerves?  Impatient with the crowds of sweaty people on the subway?  Escape it all and find your inner zen with some free yoga offered by the Mindfulness Project at NYU!

Mondays 5:30-6:50 p.m. (All levels)
Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m. (Beginners)
Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m. (All levels)

Classes take place in the Global and Spiritual Life Building (238 Thompson Street), 4th Floor. Mats are free and available first-come, first-serve.
