Summer housing is available on a weekly basis from Sunday, May 22 to Saturday, August 13. All dates are listed online. Students applying for summer housing must submit a $500.00 reservation payment by mid-May.
Visiting students are eligible to live in NYU Housing. Students who indicated an interest in on-campus housing when they applied to Summer in NYC will receive housing information and application instructions via email.
If you are a visiting student interested in living on campus and you did not indicate an interest in housing when you submitted your Summer in NYC application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request further instructions.
Current NYU students may also apply for University housing. Application information is available on the Summer Housing website.
Off-Campus Housing Services is a part of the Student Resource Center, located in Suite 210 of the Kimmel Center for University Life. The office provides assistance to students seeking private off-campus apartment rentals. Admitted summer students are encouraged to utilize resources such as the Off-Campus Housing Guide to help them with their search for accommodation.

Dining Locations: Several dining locations will be open during the summer, including cafes and dining halls. Hours of operation vary. For more information about exact locations and hours, please visit the summer dining website.
Meal Plans: Students living on campus in residence halls without kitchens (traditional-style) are automatically enrolled in the 8-meal/week meal plan. Meal plans are optional for students living off-campus or in residence halls with kitchens (apartment-style).
